How do I place an order?
Open the catalog, add items to the cart, and check out. Delivery and payment are shown before you pay.
Where is my order?
Sign in and open Orders. The status of each order is there.
How do I return an item?
Unused goods can be returned within 7 days of receipt if the look, properties and packaging are kept. Sign in and open Returns.
Why is there no price?
The price comes from the shop catalog. If it is missing, the item cannot be bought yet.
How is delivery calculated?
Cost and dates are calculated at checkout. They depend on the city and the method you choose.
